It looks like you've added an Accessed column to the All Bookmarks page, and it seems to be in the Queue page as well, but without a header.

my queue has the accessed date column listed as notes and the notes column listed rating
Yeah, the columns are there, it's just the header that's missing. You'll notice that Score and the Info links come under the Info header.
I see all the correct headings in the correct places, including accessed (a date).

Is that on the All Bookmarks or Reading Queue? For me All Bookmarks has the correct headers, Reading Queue doesn't have the Accessed header.
