I have a Premier account on Finestories, basic on SoL, same login details.

On Sunday 10 November I accessed my FS Library in order to find a particular story. On Tuesday 12 November I had no Authors or Stories listed in my library though My Stream continues to show story updates and blog posts from nine followed authors. Clicking the Followed Authors link took me to a page telling me I had no authors in my library (I now have two). I will leave it in this state a while longer so there is something to investigate.

Following the Author Settings link from their author pages results in a dialog box with three action buttons: Save, Cancel, Unfollow. Clicking Save without making any changes returns the author to my library. I now have two authors in my library.

My historical access list only goes back to 23 October 2019 though I have been accessing the site since 13 August 2011.

I have reported this direct to Lazeez and he seems as perplexed as I am. Has anyone else seen anything like this?

I once wiped my Historical Access list on SOL by changing a setting in my Library Preferences.
I changed one of the settings, not realising that if item 10 (Track the last...) is left blank, it defaults to zero. Of course it only allows a max setting of 499 anyway, so any setting change here will wipe a big lump of history.
As I recall (from 2016) my Library was not affected, but I'm not certain. I do know that Read/Unread flags and voting status were lost.
