Is there a way to turn off the notifications that a chapter has been posted? I looked, but didn't see a configuration option. Perhaps I missed it.

I added a switch in the notifications panel in the 'My Account' page.
You can now choose 'no notifications', 'notifications for new stories only' or 'notifications for new stories and new chapters'.
