No email notification for various reasons.

Requires private messaging system. Coming.

Will look into it. Currently, very easy to do, but, when the forum's database grows, it will impact site performance. I'll see what I can do.
There is infinite demand for a free good. Before Management decides to do any of the above, instead of other valuable projects or resting on laurels well earned, how much are you willing to pay to see these implemented? Zero? see the opening sentence. Offer Lazeez his cost to hire more programmers to accomplish these goals, then they might get done. I'd like to see the world at peace. Lazeez has "ample" free time to accomplish that as well, right?

I'd support this feature, as often I won't express an opinion online but will respond to the person directly (if I think it's not germane to the ongoing discussion). Also, it helps when someone requests assistance and you can leave contact information which you don't want posted online.
