Random story exclusions not working.

I don't care for rape stories and have the rape box checked in my category exclusions for the main page Random Stories, but stories still pop up with rape subject matter and the rape tag.

The home page is not filtered in any way. It's cached and everybody gets the same version.

The random page filter applies when you click the 'More' link to get a random list of stories.
