The author may have agreed to it being posted for premier members only.
But then, it shouldn't be listed on the "Up for Archival" page.

It must be a glitch in the system. Premier member stories have distinctly light blue background in the listing.
It looks like his account had been archived before and he posted a new story today. Laz will have to fix.
It's possibly a glitch, since it wasn't on the list 8.4 hours ago (just after the list was last updated)
However, Lazeez has permission from some authors to repost here any of their stories found elsewhere, and since this author's only other story looks to have been archived normally, this may be a weird edge case of a new post (instigated by Lazeez) to an archived author, in which case it's good that we'll at least have a week to read it.

I've just now looked at the front page and seen it there; as a request to Lazeez, if it is being archived immediately, could we have a flag on it like the [in progress] tag, something like [about to be archived]

Posting agreement clause #14 allows me to complete an author's archive here on the site.
This author hasn't logged in in more than 5 years and has been archived. I had this story in my own personal archive and I posted it. Since the author has been archived, the story will go into the archives after the usual one week grace period.

Oops, no, it's gone into the archives at the next archive processing (2019-01-27t05:30Z). Could you please weave some code magic to make the week's grace happen?

Lazeez, thanks for the info. A bit of an odd situation, I doubt it comes up very often. For anyone not Premium that may be interested, it's still on the 'New Stories' page, for now at least.
