Do you have more than one account with different email addresses? If so, it will be about the other account.
Are you logging on using different devices? The cookies used to keep track of your logging on are separate for each device.
log on with both phone and laptop, shrug
Check the 'to' address in the email...make sure it's the one you're using to login.
