I would like a 'feedback' link for reviews. Currently the only way to comment on or thank a reviewer is to click on their name at the top of the review. While it does allow for providing feedback it is not obvious and easily missed.

It may be placed as an option if some reviewers do not wish to receive feedback. Personally I would probably write more reviews if I received feedback thanking me for recommending a story. Constructive criticism would also help me to write better reviews.

Ideally, reviewers should have the same options as authors (i.e. the ability to either accept or refuse messages). It makes sense to simply 'reuse' the same code for both.

I am not an author but have "replied" to reviewers several times, as to the reply mechanism being non-obvious - several things here are non-obvious but I do not consider that to be one of them.
How many reviewers receive enough feedback here that they might want to block it?
Of course our web-master may see things differently.

Then again, if no one ever asks, Lazeez has no reason to ever implement a few feature. 'D

A few times, less than half a dozen, I have emailed a reviewer of a story to make suggestions or comments about his review. I have done at least 80 reviews and have never gotten a comment from anyone.

I don't know about other authors, but I usually get an email when someone does a review of one of my stories, and I've an opportunity to comment on it at that time.

I have not received any comments though I have sent them to reviewers. Some to say thanks for recommending a story and others to comment on the review itself.

That's Odd. I don't know why, but I usually get an email saying xxx has written a review and I'm given an opportunity to check it. The last one was in October 2017 and I received an email from Review Moderation which gives me a copy of the review to read.

I've never commented on a review because I respect it's the reviewer's take of the story and leave it be. Maybe I don't have a right to comment, I've always assumed I could at that point, but I didn't.

I won't comment on the opinion of the reviewer only technical issues I might have with the review. Typos, homonym hell, spoilers things of that nature.

Most of my comments are to thank a reviewer for pointing out a good story.

There's a review of one story where the review makes it very clear they've only skimmed the story instead of reading it properly due to the way they recount some of the events they have adverse comments about. I totally disagree with their comments, but I see it as their review, so I let it be and said nothing.
