It shouldn't take that long. You'd best check with Lazeez via the "Administration" link on the main page (upper left column).
I'm away from my home base until September 1st. I'm unable to check the mail. So I haven't received it yet.
Normally, and surprisingly, snail mail from the US to Canada takes on average no less than 3 full weeks. Sometime, pleasantly, it gets here in a week or so, and few times, frustratingly, it's taken more than 2 whole months with no explanation.
Once received, a payment is processed very quickly. So please be patient.
