Sounds like an issue (feature) with Chrome. I'd report it to the Chrome developers.

The 2 URLs are in the top of the story and in the end note as well.

Following that link, I don't see any change in font size. I saw one URL that spanned two lines, but the font size was the same as everything else. I'm not using Chrome, though. Using Safari.

My author notes come after the voting box for the story. How come his comes before the voting box in this story?

I viewed the page in full Chrome with no font change. However, the original post was baout the issue in Android Chrome, so that may be different.

As where the end note is on the story, that's a question for Lazeez.
