Since a few days I'm getting this message after 11 download within an hour.

ADSL:
Windows 10 + Internet explorer
Windows 10 + Firefox
Samsung Galaxy Tab3 7

and
Samsung S5 using the mobile data connection

So I'm pretty sure it's a site problem.

I've gotten that in the past. You need to re log in to the site. You somehow lost your cookies telling the site you're a member.
