Would it be possible to put a date/score/dwnld sorting feature on the all tags list. I just became a premier member, and found that my authors have sorting feature, but when I go to the all tags (stories/bytag) feature there is not a feature like that. I check every so often for my favorite story types but it is difficult to find whats new.

You can partly do that in the settings, by specifying which tags you don't list (for eliminating your personal squicks). It doesn't sort the works, but it eliminates the unwanted stories.
You don't need the 'stories/bytag' list anymore. That list is actually created for search engines. Not users.
Now that you're a premier member, you can accomplish this and more using the categories search page. You can even save complex searches (tags included, tags excluded, filtering options and sorting criteria) so that you can easily repeat those search.
