The link at least takes you to PayPal, which is half the battle. If Lazeez simply provided an email address for his PayPal account, you could make the payments without the link (a nice thing to add, even after you correct the link, Lazeeez).
Lazeez doesn't have a PayPal account any more, because they don't allow payments to adult oriented sites.

Who is the link supposed to be paying money to?
SoL doesn't use PayPal because PayPal refuse to have anything to do with an adult site. The few links I've seen on the site have been for payments to individual authors, and problems there should be addressed to the authors.
