It seems to me that the one thing missing from the posting wizard, and from the posting queue review, is the ability to see the text you've actually submitted.
You can see the file name of the uploaded file, although this then gets changed by the wizard in the posting queue, so as long as you've done your preparation well, it's not a huge problem, but the ability to check the content of the submitted file would really help put the minds of us perpetually paranoid to rest.
