I am getting this message. Any big deal? I am using Chrome in incognito mode, Windows 7. When I check the settings a tab opens in a regular window and the javascript is enabled.

A lot of functionality is disabled without the javascript. The green dots don't show, bookmark next chapter doesn't work. Voting may not work. Greying out viewed entries won't work. Feedback to authors won't work. etc...
I sometimes get that message, and find if I log out, clear the cookies, and log back in it usually goes away.
You don't need all that. Usually if you hold down the shift key on the keyboard and you click the reload button on your keyboard, it force the browser to reload all the files including the JavaScript files.
