One of my stories is graced by a black dot. Has activity to sanitise such stories been abandoned or is it just on hold?
I suspect the story was awarded the black dot because of the Nonconsensual tag. That could probably be removed without anybody caring.
Does it not mean that the story is unavailable to those of a more nervous disposition?
Edit: Are you talking about the dot in the 'modified' column, or the asterisk in the 'title' column?
Stories with a bullet in the 'Modified' column are still in progress.
The bullet is to tell you that your story has been logged as being in progress. The colour is to tell you that it's both marked as being in progress and the colour is to politely point out that you actually haven't added to the story in some considerable time. If you want to remove the bullet, simply mark the story as 'finished'.
