The green/grey dots and the flags are missing from the "Stories You Accessed Today" page. They seem to be OK on the Home page, and Author's pages.
Flags back but not greying out
In the new stories or updates pages, if greying is not working, then simply keep going in the page until you see greyed out stories or until you reach the end.
