First of all, thanks Lazeez, for changing from converting curly quotes to straight quotes to now displaying the better looking curly quotes, but there's an issue whenever someone responds to a story. The chapter reference and anything they quote is often unreadable, as it copies the html code into the non-html email form.
You might need to run a separate conversion for the email routine to reduce confusion. At a minimum, if you could convert the title in the subject line and post a notice that "any quoted material might not reproduce correctly".
