You can exclude them in the Category Search by not checking that box (and unchecking "any")
But, strangely, the sex contents aren't an option in the account category exclusions settings. Perhaps that's something Laz could consider.

Ok thanks I see that area now...down below all the "white" area in a grey area with contents/sex contents, options and other blocks. Thanks!
