I think it would be OK to round up to 58 thousand, because a lot of stories get added every day.

If there were 58,001 stories on the site, would you round it down to 58,000?
If there were one richardshagrin on the site, would you round it down to zero? :-)

Checking in a private window (to bypass my block), this thread was the most recent one he participated in. His most recent review was a few weeks earlier.
When our esteemed webmaster introduced the ability to block users in the Forum, he initially stated that everyone who had used the feature had used it to block one specific user. If he has stopped posting - and that "one user" still applies - it may even be time to retire that coding.
