I've sent a couple of help requests today, both to do with Blogs, but neither message is showing in my 'Sent' folder.
I've sent a couple of help requests today, both to do with Blogs, but neither message is showing in my 'Sent' folder.
Mine never show up in sent messages, and I do receive responses. Often takes a day or so.
Since users don't have to be logged in to use the 'Contact' facility, I suppose requests don't enter the email system at the user end.
