On the Finestories home page, I clicked on 'Blogs' and got the message above. I presume all blog entries are too old to appear in the blogs list, but is that really an error? It looks weird, especially since the current 6th, 7th and 8th entries on the Finestories home page are blog entries.

Just for giggles, I checked the blog entries on SciFiStories.com and there is exactly one there so it looks as though the problem only affects FS.

The oldest blog in SOL's 'Blogs' is 5th September. Perhaps blogs from 4th September and earlier are too old.
The youngest blog entry on the Finestories home page is 3rd September.
The blog in Scifistories 'Blogs' is dated 24th September, so if nobody posts a blog entry there for the next three weeks, the error message might appear there too!
