Sometimes, a new story pop-up deep into the home page stream of stories past stories I already downloaded. Shouldn't a story appears at the top? The culprit is usually a new story with multiple chapters. I eliminated possible cause like title change, author name change, number of chapter changes. So it looks like an out of order moderation issue failing to update some time stamp.
