I used to stay logged in to SOL permanently. I know they've done something to require more frequent logins to make sure one isn't a bot but the last couple days I've had to log in multiple times. 3 times today, which probably indicates I should be doing something more profitable with my time. Is this as designed or is there some glitch in the universe? Anyone else experiencing this?
I only have that problem when navigating in private on mobile devices. It's due to poor memory management on android and not related to the site.
Don't blame android for that, if you surf in private mode you have to live with the consequences.

As @Gauthier said, this is due to private or incognito mode use when logging in.
To stay logged in, use a normal tab or window on your device/computer.
