this is kind of two things but could be handled together if done right. As the list is over 160 strong its very hard to remember changes, new editors or existing ones making changes to their profiles.
would it be possible to have a sort by other than time available. say last modified or recently added, and have the editors confirm/list when they last took on a project or re-committed to their profile as it is listed.
I see people say that they may alter their preferences/availability and one thanked me for contacting them as a reminder to set their time to 0 hrs/week because of a change to their circumstances
