I've noticed that there are some authors pages were the stories result in the following error, "Story Not Found!
It may have been deleted or never existed on the site!", further, "We found a story with the same ID number. Were you looking for:". The references a different story by a different author. I can provide specific examples if necessary.

That's usually a browser problem. If your browser shows you a page with listings that are erroneous, then that means that your browser is showing an old cached page and didn't get the updated listings from the site.

Clear your browser's cache and this problem will go away.

If it was a problem with the site itself, then everybody would experience the same thing and I would be basically inundated with problem reports.

You're the only one reporting this.

I also noticed that some of the posts in this very forum seem to reference unrelated posts. For example, "Bad link? by Switch Blayde [Last: awnlee jawking] Replies: 10 Last updated: 9/4/2023, 7:07:09 PM" , actually references a post by, "oldsarge" with the subject "teacher student story" (8/3/2023, 11:04:03 PM) with no replies. However, the URL appears to be pointing to the correct post. Could there be some DB corruption taking place?

I checked the thread. It was correct as far as I can tell.

However, it's possible that I misunderstood what you meant. Can you please email me screen shots of what you're seeing and what you mean?
