In my Categories Exclusion Site-wide I have ticked Pedophilia as a category to be excluded.

The category exclusions are driven by the story tags. The story in question is not tagged as pedophilia. So this isn't a bug in the category exclusions.

I don't know how the system identifies them, though. Probably by the tags so that wouldn't have filtered this story anyway. But the OP should turn that filter on.

But as I understand it, stories still have to be tagged as having under age content. The system doesn't analyze the story text.
I believe it would filter on these tags:
boy Boy 12 years old or younger
girl Girl 12 years old or younger
Pedophilia An adult initiating sexual contact with a pre-pubescent child (boy or girl, 13 or under)

I never noticed it before, but "boy" and "girl" should be 13 or younger (not 12 or younger) since ft and mt are "over 13". There is no 13 (other than pedo).

By the way, IIRC, the filtered mode was made the default when Lazeez implemented it. You have to have explicitly turned it off.
