The server redirect, to https://storiesonline.net/library/dnld.php?r=...
But after a delay, there is a blank page...
The response header is:
HTTP/2 418 I'm a teapot
[...]
I get it's a standard response to refuse answering automated queries...
But in this case, it must be erroneous.
