In order to not get SOL's feed black listed, and you know, allow people to follow without their feed getting littered with 'smut', I've set the auto-tweeter to tweet only minimal sex and no sex stories.

I understand the reason for only tweeting no and minimal sex stories.
However, thinking about it, I am a bit concerned that given that no and minimal sex stories are less than 1/5th of the stories on SOL, that people who do come to SOL based on the Twitter advertising might see it as a bit of a bait and switch.
Too bad you have to be a member of tweeter to see them. I want nothing to do with them or Fakebook or most of them. They helped destroy this world.

Do you have an analytics tool on the site? If so, are people coming from Twitter?

If I interpret the twittery stuff correctly, most SOL tweets are viewed by less than 100 people.
Perhaps better hashtags might improve that.

Is that true? I seem to be able to see SOL's twitter page without logging in.

If you scroll, there will be a login prompt. You can bypass it a few time. But in the end you are locked out until you clear twitter cookies.
Musk promised to remove the login requirement, that's not implemented yet.
My Twitter account was banned by twitter in 2022 after I setup my privacy parameters to deny them the right to share my data.
Musk banned account restoration order reinstated my account and the privacy parameters I had set are still intact.

There was a time when AOL filters blocked 'Scunthorpe', which was problematical for those who lived there, especially if they signed up to AOL.
And the Right Honourable Member for Scunthorpe was allegedly not amused because it affected his parliamentary work. (I say allegedly because most MPs think the internet is for porn, cat videos and buying drugs and hookers.)
