problems with 'recent lists'?!!?

Updated:

Logged in and was doing my'usual' of clicking on 'updated' stories I follow and stories that looked interesting to me and noted that unlike what used to happen with just 'clicking' on the stories (usually bringing up the chapter list) and having them added to my recent list that: 1) I actually had to click on a chapter to have the story added, & 2) when I then clicked on my 'recent' list (which showed the number of stories I had 'logged' into, the screen came up with message that I had 'no stories' in my 'recent' list. Any thoughts??
Addendum: just after I posted this, went back to 'home' and clicked on 'recent' and the stotries came up, so maybe a momentary 'glitch'?!?

Correct. That's the way it has been since we added the anti-bot system last year.

when I then clicked on my 'recent' list (which showed the number of stories I had 'logged' into, the screen came up with message that I had 'no stories' in my 'recent' list. Any thoughts??

Some data caching going on. Usually your account's data is loaded either every 20 minutes, or every time you load a story chapter.

Ummmmm, well as of yesterday 'I' only had to click on the story for it to populate my 'recent' stories list so it caught me by surprise today so not sure what might be happening.

Small other note (that has only been a 'micro' thing) I've noted that for a few/couple of the stories in my 'library', when I click on them they 'open' at a chapter that I had previously read/left off at while the rest will open at the chapter list no matter what/where I left off at.

And for tech reference I'm using Mozilla Firefox, latest iteration, updating as required over the past decade+.

No idea what the difference is.

On my end, when I test, it works as set (either always index page, or always last chapter read).
