Why not the mc getting hit by lightning twice and ended up changing him?
Not majorly/overly so but enough that he can sense electric currents/signals thus our protagonist could start his own business(so the story isn't centered around sex but maybe the sex is a rest stop along his path)
This could also evolve later on in the story on him practising on trying to understand and manipulate the human brain, no this won't be straight up mind control.
Ofc, the mc won't have any changes in his penis size, he could be average for all i care, just that he can produce electric signals all over his body and learned to control it, therefore, his touches could send an orgasmic signal or his penis idk, i guess you get my idea, you could just touch someone sending tingles all over her body or you could straight up murder someone with orgasmic overload.

I did read a few stories involving electricity of some kind, the one where an apathetic kid was struck by lightning and he can see and manipulate electric currents, the one where is a walking emp bomb(power corrupts or something on the story description) but i'm not sure they're what im looking for.
The first story i still haven't read since i was waiting for it to pile up, the second one, too heavy in the looming danger that i can't enjoy the chapters before it all falls down.
It's like reading a romance story knowing the other party will die at the end.
