Had a great story idea, but given how little I'm now writing now, I'm not able to develop it myself, so ...
The premise is simple, a man meets a girl in a cafe in distress, and of course he helps her out. However, she notices an odd birthmark on his arm, which he's never thought much of.
The girl though, happens to be from a nearby commune, part of a religious cult, and their supposed patriarchal bears the same mark, which is how he acquired his position. If both do, it throws his position into doubt.
Unbeknownst to the new man, the girl returns and starts stirring things up, mainly with talk among the 'womenfolk', which quickly spreads, and soon the innocent man, knowing nothing of what's transpired, is soon dragged into the chaos.
If anyone's interested, the story is yours. A casual mention would be appreciated if you decide to explore the theme, but hardly required. I picture it as a 'meet cute' with a twist. If you're not familiar with the term, its easy enough to look up (I got attacked for daring to use the expression not long ago, which is partially why I've since given up the Forum). That is, if anyone's interested on taking the idea along a humorous path.
