A question that i've been kicking around in my head that i was wondering if anyone else had any views on.
A female lawyer, who has been overworked by her client, who she can't stay mad at because he's such a nice guy, do to unwind and release her tension?
Or perhaps what sort of sexual request does she make of this nice guy client?

A bit lite to the show, but what the heck... I'd pick a request that is anathema to his being a nice guy. That creates conflict, and conflict drives stories. If Miss Lawyer likes it rough, Mr. Nice Guy will struggle to overcome his nicety and Miss Lawyer will worry whether she's opening Pandora's Box. How rough "rough" really is of course is left to the discretion of the author (or characters, those are always good for surprises).
As Lucy intimated, in fiction, conflict reigns supreme. Establish the conflict first, establish each major character's personal conflicts/opinions, then throw them all together and see what's left when everything boils over!
