How about a stodgy boarding school like the one Enola Holmes (Sherlock's Sister) attends but it is a naked in school type of place. It is also Co-ed and intended to prevent the students from thoughts of escape/running away -the headmaster (headmistress) coudl also be a bit of a health nut and expect them to run laps to and from the local village as well as do morning excercises in the buff.
