Here are some random ideas I'd like to see:
Naked in school but with discipline involved. I don't want to see the MC be innocent/sweet and not deserving of punishment. Ideally, it would be a popular girl (told from her POV) that had intentionally humiliated previous participants who were just trying to get through the session.
"We normally seek body positivity and sexual/anatomical education through the course but Santana..your behavior calls for special measures. You'll attend school in the nude, ride the bus home and your parents agreed that even at home or for cheerleading practice you'll be naked."

Naked in School: GLEE
Base it on the Glee characters (Santana mentioned in the previous example). They got a big competition coming up and the rest of the singers won't be naked but several of the Glee team are in the program. Do the other members of hte team show up naked in solidarity?
Naked in School: Puppy Program
There is an interesting (but super over the top) story about a Puppy Program at School where the daughters are in charge.
What if the NIS program teaches alternative lifestyles/no kinkshaming and every two weeks alternates new fetishes.
In this week, it just happens to be puppy training.
Dog collars, fingerless gloves, knee pads designed to look like dog paws when walking on all fours. A rubberized dog tail to go into the anus. A leash for the partner to lead them on.
