A seed of an idea for a fantasy story porn element, not a complete story idea.

Either a global curse on all women in the fantasy world (from one of the gods) or a cursed piece of jewelry that once put on can not be removed short of death of the wearer.

Effects

Negates the effects of physical armor. Weapons will pass through any armor worn by an affected female as if it wasn't there.

Negates the effect of any protective spell worn by a fully clothed female. (Any one item in the list below will allow protective magic (but not physical armor to work.

To put in D&D terms: A one point improvement in AC for each one of the following

1. Both arms bare from finger tip to top of shoulder
2. Both legs bare from ankle to no lower than 3 inches below the crotch.
3. Front mid-drift (area from just below the breasts to just below the belly button.
4. Upper back
5. Lower back
6. Ass
7 Crotch (extra 1 point improvement for shaved or trim that leaves the labia hair free).
8 Upper expanse (above the nipple) of right breast
9 Upper expanse of left breast
10 right nipple
11 left nipple

So a fully nude affected female would have equivalent protection to enchanted full plate armor.

Still trying to come up with a way to build a full story around this.

Sounds complicated.

Also sounds like you just want an excuse to have a bunch of naked Amazons running riot throughout the story.

How about a culture that trains female warriors and once trained their 'priestess' draws a sigil upon their body that renders them immune to wounds that full armour would deflect, but only if they remain naked?

Obviously a horde of naked Amazons are going to be somewhat distracting to their (presumably male) enemies.

Playing close to a variant of the idea TooManyXs' is playing with in regards to "That Nudist Lesbian Cult" where the vehicle being used is a supernatural entity that bestows numerous gifts upon her worshipers, but the cost of worship & transformation is that they find the wearing of clothes to be completely repugnant. You might as well ask them to go swim in an open sewer for all the good that asking them to put some clothes on would do.

As I've toyed with a comparable idea myself in the past, and just took me a little bit to dredge up the memory of where I was heading with it.

They wouldn't wear clothes, or armor for that matter. The challenge is creating the justification for it.

They could wear jewelry and/or "other accessories."

So you could end up with something like the Wonder Woman Tiara + Bracers, and maybe the belt(or waist chain) plus possibly boots.

Beyond that you're likely looking at some "enchanted piercings," likely to be in the usual suspect locations. Clit/Labia, nipples, belly button, etc.

Maybe some empowered tattoos if you want to go down that route, and so on.

I've had a similar idea for a fantasy story in my head (not related to the aforementioned Lesbian Nudist Cult) where this badass warrior woman gets inflicted with a curse that makes it impossible for her to wear clothing and armor. This prompts her to set off on a quest to undo it, and along the way, she learns more about the nature of the spell she's under and how it may not actually be a curse after all.

Anyway, you've got your...thing to get girls naked. But you need an actual story to put it into practice. Start with the protagonist; it's where I always begin when I have a premise in mind. What kind of person do you want to write about? What happens to her? What spurns her on? And of course, how does this nudity curse affect her? If I can answer these questions, the rest usually falls in place from there.
