Suggested private school discipline story.
Suggested school name: Baronne Antoinette Richelieu Ecole (BARE), French for the Baroness Antoinette Richelieu School
General Premise
A private school heavily uses corporal punishment and embarrassment to maintain a very strict learning environment. Girls and boys not treated exactly alike.
Background.
Until 2 years ago BARE was a girl's school with very strict corporal punishment rules and some of the highest test scores in the area. Falling enrollments convinced the "board" to enroll a limited number of boys, goal of 25% boy's. The first year Freshman class was 25% male, the upper classes were enrolled to about 10% male to fill out available seats.
Corporal punishment halted. The grades of the 1st year classes and behavior plummeted compared to historical levels. Upper classes not as much because the girls were "trained" better.
The Dean of Students, the school disciplinarian, had warned of the problems and retired after she was initially ignored, although she could still be called to assist as needed. A new Dean, the only male on the staff or faculty was hired.
With second year as a coed school the old discipline standards were reinstated. The first 2 years are 25% male, the upper classes still about 10% male.
Discipline standards:
All spankings are on bare bottoms. Skirts are not lifted over the back they are removed; pants are also removed. (Maybe girls can wear pants or maybe school uniform requires skirts.) Boys' underwear dropped to their ankles for punishment, girls removed. After the punishment the boys can pull their underwear back up. Girls can retrieve theirs at the end of the day. Once an item is removed it stays off until the end of the day. The headmistress justifies boy's keeping their underwear on by stating she does not want to see their "junk" waving down her halls between classes.
Story Options:
Might be for students wearing thongs or G-strings to be allowed to keep them up since the spanking will be on the bare bottom, maybe for a tier one first offence.
If students are not across the knee then they would bend and grasp the bottom of a chair for support. Boys' punishment positioned with their back to class and legs together to lessen their exposure. Girls maybe side to class to limit their exposure or back to class to increase the embarrassment by exposing between their legs.
Punishment levels: (Examples)
Tier One Forgot homework. Talking in class. Late to class.
Tier Two Disrupting class. Disrespecting another student.
Tier Three Disrespecting the teacher
Deans Discretion: This would be useful of more serious problems and repeat offenders. These punishments could include parental notification and witness to punishment. Also, not restricted to the bare bottom, potentially breasts, nipples and other areas. These would probably be after the school day and not involve nude in the common areas of the school.
Underwear definitions:
Boys: boxers or briefs or male thongs. Athletic supporters are not allowed the straps cross the butt.
Girls: any cut panties, or thongs or G-strings. If a garter belt is worn to hold up stockings the straps must be clear of the butt. Panty hose will be removed. If a girl is wearing a full slip the girl's shirt would have to be removed as well ae the slip, whether the shirt was replaced might depend on the punishment level. A bra is part of the school uniform, type not really defined. If the girl is not wearing a bra and her shirt is removed she just gets the added embarrassment of full nudity
Punishments:
Punishments at each tier would obviously be a progression from lower tiers.
A tier three could include removal of the shirt as further embarrassment. Breast punishment is probably retained at the Dean's level.
Maybe at tier two, the Dean is called for the girls and does the clothing removal. The teacher, who is female, does the boys.
Punishment examples:
Tier one: Three swats with a paddle, which could escalate to strap and on to a cane. Second offence or second tier six strokes.
Tier two: Automatic panty removal, and 6 strokes.
Tier three: A dozen strokes advancing from 3 with paddle, 3 with the strap and 6 with the cane. Or spread the student's legs and make sure the strap blows wrap the inner thigh. Repeated tier infractions automatically move up the Dean and his creativity as it fits the infraction. Probably involving parental support and involvement.
Level of Sex:
I do not see any teacher/student sex. This could "awaken" some students to the arousal the punishment causes them. Maybe even to the teachers recognizing that some students are getting punished on purpose. Then counselling the students on the problems misbehaving in the classroom will cause and directing them to others outside of the staff to "help" them. Maybe even hooking them up with other students outside of the school environment.
There could be times when friends help by applying soothing creams to the punished body parts and the potential for the arousal that causes and the mutal satisfaction that could follow.
