there is a plot I was thinking and that was the doctor knew her at school or college and was snubbed by her and she and her husband then boyfriend mocked him, which enraged him and he swore one day to get back at her and when she became his patient gave her medication to make her ill so she would end up in his private clinic and with the help of the porter turns her into a slut/whore
