MC gets isekaied to a "medieval fantasy world", probably with strong rpg elements (but not necessarily). The only one plot relevant thing is that if MC dies, they quickly get resurrected. And the locals know about it, and are more than eager to exploit. So they grab MC and, make sign some very long term "army contract", throw in boot camp and then assign them into most dangerous positions in any fights. Could be several or many people from our world as well.
I'm currently playing with the concept of a mortal who somehow (possibly as punishment) becomes an agent of a divine authority. The mortal is compelled to carry out a series of hazardous missions for the divine authority, and every time they die (which is often) they get resurrected in a healthy copy of their body, with all their knowledge right up to the time of their recent death, and get sent back out to try to complete the mission.
Lots of scope for gratuitous violence and pain and torture but I'm not sure whether that would attract or repel readers.
