Here is part of an idea I have been thinking about while I stand before a mind numbing machine at work:
You work for a private contractor. Your organisation is named Peaceful Solutions inc.
PSi. invents military solutions to solve conflicts. Say you have a terror threat. PSi will find a way to avoid/eliminate that threat without killing anyone.
Now, today at work your job is to punch a phone number into a drone. The drone will then fly out and find that phone, and deliver a payload.
This drone is carrying an experimental airborne mixture of a Viagra like substance and a lot of different pheromones plus some D.E. (Dick Enhancer). (Hey we all know the only reason terrorists like to blow shit up and kill people is down to simple dick envy. (; ) This payload will turn the population of the terrorist neighborhood, village or compound into sex maniacs with only one goal: grab and fuck anyone they can lay their hands on without prejudice.
You see, if the terrorists are busy fucking, they dont have time to blow shit up or worse. And nobody gets killed in the process.
Now you are unfortunately a little dyscalculic, so by unfortunate happenstance instead of punching in the number for terrorist, you happen to punch in the number for your President. The number on the letter head of the order and not the number in the actual letter.
The drone delivers the payload turning the entire neighborhood men and women in and around the presidential palace (Or the White House if you're so inclined. Hey, there's gotta be a reason why that sax player had to have a bj. (; ) into raving mad, horny toads hellbent on only one thing: fucking anything with a pulse. It is the only thing that occupies their minds.
The payload is delivered right as the President is delivering a press conference and the entire thing turns into one giant televised orgy.
Twist, whenever someone has sexual contact with these people the too are tuned, so pretty soon it spreads throughout the city of Washington and later the entire country. It spreads pretty much the same way as any STD.
Now this can be either just one giant orgy - a "much sex" category story - or a much more subtle drama story where the pay load just turns them into sexual super beings who are so sexy they are irresistible and they subtlety but surely seduce their prey. You decide.
Actually, this idea could turn into an entire universe if one is so inclined. Fell free to run free with it.
