A woman of 18 is helping out at a car wash. There is a guy that is very particular about his car. The MC accidentally rubs ber bellybutton ring against his car. Because of all the people around the guy doesn't attack her.

He waits till she's alone, abducts her, pierces her nipples in a slightly painful way. He wants her to learn not to go scratching people's cars, but he doesn't want to cause sadistic levels of pain. He would be happy with pinching nipples and other parts of her anatomy and to take advantage of her. She eventully makes her way home naked, and pregnant.

That or she'll be saved before the guy takes advantage of her, for example after he pinches her nipples and she still has her panties on. She eventually sleeps with her brother and or Father who saves her.

there is a story about a car wash, it may be a Lubrican - Uncle Bob story, I've not looked yet. but it *may* very long time since I read it, scratch that itch.

from what I see there aren't really many writers active who do sadistic or even close which seems to be what you want. not saying no one will pick it up but you may not find any takers here. that said it could be an interesting minor part to a larger story as a whole
