An old creep dude, who watched strange porn all his life, dies. The Devil offers him a deal: he was such a promising sinner, but wasted his life never doing anything of his dirty fantasies. So, instead of going straight to Hell, he can live his life once over. Go back to the day when he was 14.
More so, he'd have his life improved. He would be very healthy, full of energy to act on his desires, he will have some abnormal luck avoiding big dangers. Probably a small superpower or two.
All he has to do, is to be that dirty perverted sinner he was in his dreams. No, he won't have a "completion scale" like in video games, he'b up to his own decision. But if he does really well, then the Devil will give him some bonuses. Probably.
And when his life would be over again, he'd go to Hell, but would join the ranks of demonic creatures, not poor tortured souls. Or even go for another round. Most unlikely, but not impossible.

The dude agrees, but, as all deals with the Devil, there's a catch. And he wakes up in the body of a girl.

Actually, having something like this and writing it in a LitRPG style might be a good way to go with a story like this. Especially if you wanted it to be more than just a collection of sex scenes.

Yes. Make him/her have an endless list of ever progressing challenges.

He get points per sin: be it teasing or indecent exposure, adultery, infidelity, up to incest, and it doesn't matter who is the sinners, as long he can claim credit for causing it.

Simply being a slut and fucking everyone willing wouldn't cut it, not really, not in the long term. Soon enough it shouldn't even be about him/her personally going wild; to qualify for a sex demon position they have to make others around them to sin, and with each other.

So our girl won't aim to grow into a slut herself that much but much more into likeness of a brothel madame instead. Being in a female body is still mostly a blessing and not that much of a curse on that road. It's far more easier to initiate things, to corrupt other girls and put them in perverted situations and convince them to seek sex and pleasure.

However, it could still very well turn out to be a twisted personal hell for him... One may say, but that's what strap-on are for... but he won't get away with being just a lesbian. And may soon have to deal with men who show rather clearly why his own old fantasies were so unreasonable and/or unrealistic.

Had another idea, completely separate from the first. Do it in a Groundhog Day/ Happy Death Day style where every time the protagonist achieves certain things the life resets and deletes all progress.

The catch is that it's not time based, but achievement based. And it's achievements that appear to be ones that will lead to a successful outcome. So the protagonist thinks it's the devil messing with him, making it impossible to actually win.

If you go with the dark ending then it turns out that the protagonist actually is in hell and the illusion of hope is his punishment. If you go with the good ending, have him/her actually be in purgatory. This whole business is weighing his soul to see which way he leans because at death he was true neutral. If he wants to avoid hell he need to find the path that will lead to becoming good.
