The plot is about a son who finds a bunch of old sextapes(not porn) of his mother being gangbanged by her friends, and in those sextapes his dad isn't present. His mom, in a couple of them is very pregnant. The son jerks off to them, and later confronts his mom about the sextape. Possibly joins in.

He watches the tapes and discovers his mother and father were homosexual and that rather that giving birth, his now mother had the op.
Given that scenario is finding out he was adopted a good or bad thing?
Either way as the story develops we find out that his parents adopted a girl… Who has now finished hormone therapy, and was going through old family records whilst recovering from his recent op…

Yeah, no. Sorry. I'm not into gay, or trans. I had this idea from watching Indica Monroe's gangbang creampie video. But instead of porn, in this it's a sextape, of her being gangbanged while she's pregnant with her son.
I think it sounds like a good story idea and you could make the story go in lots of different directions...
It could become over complicated if you try to use too many storylines within the same story.
So you need to be careful that you stick to a good solid single story and not try to include too many sub-plots, that might distract from the basic story

Also, why was the mom in the sex tapes? Did she lose a bet? Or did the dad? Was it revenge for something the dad did? Was the dad the cameraman? Why did she stop, or did she?
Could also look at who is the father of the son's sister? A different father?

Well in my idea, she was already pregnant in most of the videos, and the ones where she wasn't, she looked like someone who had given birth. (Faint stretch marks and whatnot)

The mom is a nymphomaniac who craves sex and enjoys it to the max. Her husband is someone who is really well off, but very very dry in bed and somewhat abusive at times. So basically she's cucking her husband.

No sister. Just one son. In my early draft of the idea, she was pregnant again but had a miscarriage.
