I'm looking for a story that I read a while ago. The major plot point I recall is the man helping out house several women and family's from a battered women's shelter over Christmas. The MC ends up falling in love with the women who run the shelter at the end.

I remember one other detail. They had naked breakfast to help the women. I don't see that in finding shelter but I just glanced through it quickly.
While I have been racking my brain I came up with another couple details I believe are from the story.
The MC ends up sleeping with one of the mother and daughter rescues.
I believe the first girl rescued is the MCs secretary or something. She calls him on the phone and is hiding in a baseball dugout at some point.
