This was so long ago I'm not even sure I read this story here. A girl shows up at a guys doorstep after being raped. They're in highschool and his parents are away because they both travel a lot. They end up together and have to contend with the fact that sex is traumatizing for her from behind because of the rape? and at some point he gets raped himself and they have to deal with that?

I never finished the story, but it has an MC whose executive parents are always absent, he takes in a girl who was raped in church then kicked out by her parents.
I'm enjoying a re-read of "A Friend in Need " good storyline but I regularly laugh out loud over the consistent mistakes with malapropisms.
For example the use of "oblivious" instead of "obvious " made some scenes a bit surreal. Also this howler
"Now they are among the Sodomites giving their support to their abdominal lifestyle"
