I forgot to mention they had armor and aircraft of some kind that could be cloaked. if that changes things.
Sounding more and more like MisguidedChild's Evolution series. They don't have cloaked aircraft, but the 'Companions' in addition to nanotech allow them to be armored, cloaked, and able to configure the armor to look like demons and other such.

Main character was adult, not a teen, vigilante is a bit of a stretch for his actions (and he gained proper judicial oversight through the story), didn't gather a harem, and I don't remember his troupe being called angels, either.

In the third book, didn't some of the younger family move to Cali and become vigilantes using the name 'Angels'(?), taking on the sex and drug trafficking as well as adding some others to their group through 'sexual healing'?
It's been a while since I last read Evolution, so I could be wrong. I may be thinking of a similar series.
That sounds very like 'The LA Connection' by aubie56, except they called themselves 'Gray Ghosts' rather than 'Angels'.

Finds what he thinks to be a meteorite only for it to turn into silver liquid and invade his body. Gains super strength and gets access to alien tech including a A.I.
Builds a harem becomes a billionaire and uses ex female soldiers in his harem to fight terrorist and drug cartels. Builds a school and collage named Angel to train future fighters. Creates company and names them Angel i think can't remember.
Story was unfinished with his female group of fighters named Angels fighting grey aliens using the body armour to fly and stuff.
