I read a story at least 10 years or more ago somewhere but can't recall where, might have been here another story site or even usenet story groups.
It was a about a late teens girl (maybe named Dawn) who is poor and something of a town bike/slut who is very experienced sexually and doesn't have an issue using sex to get what she wants or needs. She enjoys the sex a lot just for the sake of having sex. She gets a job in the secretarial pool at a large office of an old distinguished firm.
The owner of the firm comes from old money and is somewhat a figure head mostly making a few of the really big decisions and there to represent the family name and maintain longtime connections to other old money so doesn't have much to actually do. He lives an empty existence with a socialite wife with a dead bedroom and has super spoiled daughters in their 20s who are much like there mother spending money and impressing the social scene. I can't remember his name.
The older firm owner's secretary is going on vacation or something so he requires a temp from the secretary pool. He gets sent up the new girl Dawn because she has poor experience and isn't really all that good at the job as was arranged by the regular secretary to keep someone from trying to steal her cushy high paying position. After her first day Dawn switches from conservative office attire to more seductive clothes and make up. She ends up seducing and showing the man about sex which starts off to his first blowjob....initially she gets the secretary position but then rumors/gossip and such force him to move her out and he buys a love nest and sets her up as a kept woman.
Eventually he leaves his wife for "Dawn" after some drama from the cold fish wife and spoiled daughters. The couple has some adventures and they bring in some other women and men...some are house staff hired by Dawn. Dawn falls in love with the older man beyond the trapping of being a kept woman. He gets older and loses his sex drive/get ill and dies leaving the bulk of his money to Dawn.
The end of the story is what stuck in my mind and why the story stood out for so long. The older male MC is cremated and Dawn is given his ashes. She goes into a year of mourning with no sexual contact. At the end of that year she has an expensive crystal glass dildo(maybe modeled after the deceased cock?) commissioned by an artisan glass blower and has her dead lover's ashes permanently sealed inside. She never has sex with another man again but does sleep with women and watches those women with men while she uses the glass dildo on herself and her female lovers to keep him with her and involved in her sex life.
This story is something of a white whale for me. I have tried asking around every couple years and never got even a hint about it. If you read this far thanks!
