Is part of Jade Force Missing?

Sparky-1953 🚫
Updated:

I read Nobody Likes Palarma 7 years ago and just reread it. Parts of it seem to be missing. I seem to remember Jade Force convincing some of the rural villages to surrender then setting Auxiliaries to watch over them. There was a scene where one aux. went rogue and was crucified. In another one aux was espoused to one villager's daughter. Or are these scenes in either of the last two Campaign For... stories?

Scenes in "World War: Campaign fo Eastland" I believe.

Thank you! I had read all the stories as they came out and my memory had placed those scenes as part of the Palarma story.

It also is on Fine Stories if for some reason SOL might be a bad site to look at where you are.

Bad advice Richard, the versions on FineStories are older (copyright 2018). But on SciFiStories you can get the newer ones (copyright 2021). (I only checked the eBook versions).

BTW, most of the story files have slightly different file names.

I believe Tenderloin is currently editing and reposting the stories on all three sites, so the contents should be consistent. Perhaps the copyright dates refer to the date of first posting on that site, in which case they'll never match.

I just copied the titles of one of the Jade Force stories from the html-pages of all three sites. Don't look consistent to me.

Storiesonline:

A Jade Force of Misera Story

FineStories:

SciFiStories:
Jade Force #6, Problem With Piracy

Three different titles.
I still did not compare the contents of the chapters

That's probably what matters. I can't imagine the content needing to be changed to meet each site's posting conditions.

Not with those stories. As the man explained to me, he has two editor names he uses. Tenderloin is when the story does NOT have sex. The one I (and others) get to use is when the story DOES have sex. I do know he's been going through Lazlo's stories and just doing minor tweaks, the same thing that the rest of us SHOULD be doing with our stories once they've been out for a while. Correcting misspellings, making sure sentence word order and comma usage is correct, things like that.

Remember, Finestories can't have explicit sex. SciFiStories CAN have it, so long as it is marked with the appropriate age group. And of course, Storiesonline, sex is also okay, but not actually required.

The dates/titles may vary, but the contents remain the same, save for a tweak or two.
