Im trying to remember/find a story from a while back. Main character was a web designer (??) worked freelance under contract to companies. His contact with one company was a real bitch and didnt know the fine details of the existing contract. When things fell apart and was going to cost the company alot her boss made it clear she needed to do anything and everything to make it right.
