It is, but the sexual harassment happens in a company designing the next generation CD drive and while Michael Douglas was being kept busy with a sexual harassment charge, he was being undermined by changes to the manufacturing process behind his back and 'A. Friend' was telling him to focus on the problem with the drives instead of focusing on the sexual harassment problem.
You might also be be mixing in part of the storyline from one of the Ali Clifford saga series by Morgan. I think it was the Call Girls one that had a character who was a call girl that married a guy that runs a company making hard drives and she is blackmailed by one of her old clients that is I think one of her husbands competitors.
